We have recordings with American, British and International accents. All recordings have transcripts and scored tests. Subscribers pay each month for unlimited access to all the recordings. There are 4 subscription levels: Premium at $8.00 per month, Regular at $5 per month, Schools pay $5 for each student seat and Students can use their Class Code to subscribe.

The best way to prepare for speaking is to learn to listen and understand. Once you can listen, then you can start practicing speaking.

Listening is the natural way to learn a language. That’s how children learn. A large amount of listening helps learners to understand the rules of the language, naturally. Click the Take A Test button above the recording your are listening to. After you have finished your test can view your score. With a Premium account or a Student account you can see all your past test scores and average CEFR level test scores by using the View My History link. Regular subscribers can take the test, but scores are not saved and average scores are not available. Premium subscribers can take the test, their scores are saved and average scores for each level are available in the View My History link. Individual Premium subscribers and Schools & Students can create playlists. While on the Explore page showing passages, simply click the green + (plus) button associated with the passage. You will be given the choice to add the passage to an existing playlist, or create a new one. You can also access your playlists and/or create new ones from the “Saved Playlists” page, which can be accessed from the drop-down menu under your name.
